Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital files (illustrated posters generated from user photos) on scenefrom.com, published by [COMPANY / TRADING NAME] (see Legal notice).

2. Product

The product sold is a high-resolution digital file of the generated poster (formats specified at checkout). The preview shown before purchase is low resolution and watermarked. Because each poster is produced by artificial intelligence from the photo provided, every output is unique and slight variations are inherent to the process.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by card through our payment provider Stripe. The order is binding once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

The file is available for download immediately after payment. If you encounter a technical issue, contact [CONTACT EMAIL]; a fresh download link will be provided.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. By confirming purchase and immediate download, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Licence of use

Purchase grants a personal, non-commercial licence to use the file (private printing, framing, gifting). Resale or commercial exploitation of the file is prohibited without written consent from the publisher. Users remain the owner of their original photo.

7. Liability

Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to submitted photos and must not submit unlawful content. The publisher cannot be held liable for use of the service contrary to these terms.

8. Consumer mediation

9. Governing law
