Photos and HD files

Photos you upload are processed only long enough to generate the preview, then removed from server memory. They are not used to train models. EXIF data (including geolocation) is not read. If you purchase the HD file, a high-definition copy is stored on Vercel Blob long enough to deliver it to you, then deleted according to the storage retention period (contact us to request erasure).

Technical subprocessors

• Google LLC (Gemini API): your photo is sent to the image generation API only for the duration of processing.
• Recraft (recraft.ai): used when needed for poster generation or vectorisation.
• Higgsfield: fallback image generation provider, when applicable.
• Vercel Inc.: hosting, processing execution, and Blob storage.
• Stripe Inc.: payment processing for HD downloads, when applicable.
• Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile): bot protection for the form, when applicable.

Data collected

• The place name you enter, used solely for the poster title.
• A signed technical cookie (“sf_quota”) counting your free daily generations. It does not track browsing and expires within 48 hours. This strictly necessary service cookie is exempt from consent requirements.
• Your IP address, processed transiently for rate limiting and security.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on performing the requested service and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. No personal data is kept beyond the periods stated above.

Your rights
